VEU Registry system update: Improving visibility of application information, preventing activity withdrawals during invoicing periods
We updated the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Registry system on 29 September 2025 to:
- Allow account holders to view information and documents submitted with applications for accreditation (including renewals and variations), project-based activities and products.
- Avoid invoice processing issues and delays, by preventing the withdrawal of activities with a 'pending invoice' status during invoicing periods (7am to 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
See further information about the update below.
Accreditation application information and documents
You can see the information and documents that you submitted to us for accreditation applications in the new VEU Registry. This change applies to new, renewal and variation applications.
Project-based activity (PBA) application documents
You can view and download the documents submitted to us for PBA applications in the new VEU Registry.
Product application documents

No activity withdrawals between 7am and 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
To prevent invoice processing issues and delays, activities with a status of ‘pending invoice’ will not be able to be withdrawn between 7am and 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you do not withdraw an activity before 7am on Tuesdays or Thursdays you will be required to pay the full amount of your invoice, even if you later withdraw the activity.
