We have three customer service codes: two for urban water businesses, and another for rural ones. These codes specify the standards and conditions that water businesses must comply with when they provide water or wastewater services to customers.
Our annual performance report aims to inform Victorian customers about the performance of their water business. It compares the performance of Victoria’s urban water businesses against each other, shows trends in performance in a number of key areas, and provides an incentive for businesses to improve their how they deliver services to customers.
