Forty per cent of staff members use flexible work options
We understand work life balance is important. Flexible options such as working from home, flexible working hours and purchased leave can be negotiated with your manager to help balance your personal commitments and the needs of the role.
We support an empowered women's network
The empowered women's network aims to create a safe and supportive environment to empower everyone to talk about gender related issues and come up with practical solutions. It informs commission staff of the network's discussions and invites speakers to the commission to broaden the discussion.
‘[The network meets] regularly to identify gender-related issues and develop ideas on how we can press for progress. We are officially launching the network on International Women’s Day and the response from everyone at the commission has been a great reminder of how we’re positively responding to cultural challenges.’
We're focused on health and wellbeing
When you work for us, you get access to a health and wellbeing program that coordinates initiatives to promote a healthy mind and body including a free flu vaccination and annual health checks.
