We are reviewing our urban and rural water customer service codes to ensure they continue meeting the needs of Victorian water consumers.
We are reporting on the outcomes for customers following the family violence changes to the water customer service codes.
Other work
We reviewed our water pricing approach and developed the PREMO framework, which puts customers at the centre of a water business's decision making.
