We regularly receive a statement of expectations from the Assistant Treasurer, which sets out expectations of our contribution to the Victorian Government’s regulatory reform program.
We conduct an annual stakeholder survey to evaluate our performance and help drive improvements to the way we operate as a regulatory entity.
