Alleged breach MYOM Australia allegedly breached the VEU program rules by creating Victorian energy efficiency certificates (certificates) for 250 non-building based lighting upgrades where the lighting designer did not hold a qualification required by the VEU program rules to prepare a lighting design.

We have received and assessed one application for a higher cap for 2018-19. Monash City Council applied for a one year higher cap of 3.53 per cent.
We have approved an alternative higher cap of 2.57 per cent, which is 0.32 per cent above the minister’s cap.

Central Highlands Water - 2025-26 Tariff Schedule
The Essential Services Commission no longer sets minimum feed-in tariffs, following an amendment to the Electricity Industry Act 2000. The 2024-25 minimum feed-in tariffs applied until 30 June 2025, but there will be no minimum feed-in tariffs from 1 July 2025.From 1 July, electricity retailers may set their own feed-in tariffs. However, these cannot be below zero ($0.00) cents per kWh. More information is available from the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Change.
