The Port of Melbourne has submitted a rebalancing application to vary its prescribed service tariffs for wharfage from 1 July 2021.
Our review process
We are assessing this application in line with the pricing order requirements and will prepare an interim decision on whether we approve the port’s application. This will be followed by final decision after we have consulted port users and other stakeholders on the port’s application.
If approved, the prices will apply from 1 July 2021.
The port's application should include all the relevant supporting information to meet the pricing order requirements to inform our decision-making process.

Feedback on the port’s application
We are seeking feedback on the port’s application until 1 February 2021 to inform our interim decision. You can provide feedback to us by:

We will seek further feedback following the release of our interim decision.
