Rail access arrangements

We regulate Victorian rail access arrangements. These arrangements set out the terms and conditions, including reference prices, between an access provider (such as Metro Trains Melbourne) and a party that requests access to the provider’s rail infrastructure.

We regulate rail access for four access providers: Metro Trains, V/Line Corporation, Pacific National and VicTrack.
