Up to $950 per year in savings for customers who have not changed plans for 10 years or more, compared to a more modest $410 per year for customers on plans over two years old.
Customers receiving payment difficulty support on plans over 10 years old could save up to $730 per year, compared to $440 per year for those on plans over two years old.

Those paying well-above the VDO tend to be on older plans
9 in 10 customers paying more than 10 per cent above the VDO have not engaged in the market in over two years.
These customers could potentially save up to $740 per year on their retailer’s best offer.
