Victorian Energy Upgrades data dashboard

The new Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Registry launched on 3 June 2025. With the transition to the new system, the below data dashboard only contains program data up to 23 May 2025, (i.e. data available in the previous VEU Registry).

We are working to update the VEU data dashboard to reflect data in the new system. 

Our Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) data dashboard provides performance data for the VEU program since it commenced in 2009. It shows reductions in Victoria's greenhouse gas emissions achieved by Victorian consumers accessing energy-efficient products and services through the program.

The dashboard shows Victorian energy efficiency certificate registrations by year, activity, creator and geographic area

How to use this dashboard

The dashboard is easiest to view in full screen. Click the 'Full Screen Mode' icon at the bottom right of the dashboard.

Set the time period for the data you want to see in the top left of the dashboard.

To clear your selection, click the 'Clear filters' button in the top right of the dashboard.

To access a detailed view for each chart:

1. hover over the chart and click the 'Focus mode' icon that appears at the top right corner of that chart
2. return to the dashboard by clicking 'Back to report' in the top left of the window.
