The new Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Registry system launched on 3 June 2025. With the transition to the new system, the accredited persons finder below reflects information as at 23 May 2025 (i.e. data available in the previous VEU Registry system).

We are working to update the page to reflect accredited persons data in the new system as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.  

Search for an accredited provider who may help you access discounts for energy-efficient products under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.

How to use the search tool

To view the information, click the 'Full Screen Mode' icon at the bottom right corner of the frame.

We are providing this search tool to help you find an accredited provider, product, or service, in your area. The table has information about accredited providers over the last 12 months (as at 23 May 2025). 

You can filter the information by:
•    residential or business customer
•    type of upgrade
•    region

The details in the table will update when you select (i.e. tick) each box. 

To filter for many items, hold the Ctrl key while selecting each item.

We update this data weekly, and the latest refresh date displays in the top left corner.

Important information

The contact details in our system are from accredited providers. We rely on accredited providers to update their contact details in our system. 

When you contact an accredited provider, they may:
•    contract work out to third parties to arrange an upgrade for you
•    only service an area, or an upgrade, for a limited time.
•    have stopped providing services under the VEU program.

The commission makes no representation about compliance, or quality of services. 
The commission is not liable for the service provided by an accredited provider.
