We released a Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Registry system update on 9 April 2026 to allow submission of product and accreditation applications for the new ceiling insulation activity (activity 48) and enhance the double-glazed window activity (Activity 13) submission form to improve the user interface.
VEU Registry system update: new ceiling insulation activity product and accreditation applications, and minor update to double glazed window activity submission
We released updates to the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) Registry system at 12pm on 9 April 2026 to:
- Enable the submission of product and accreditation applications for the new VEU ceiling insulation activity (Activity 48).
- Make a minor enhancement to the double‑glazed window activity (Activity 13) submission form to improve the user interface.

Ceiling insulation activity product application updates
VEU Registry account holders can submit product applications for activity 48A and 48B – Ceiling insulation.
Ceiling insultation activity accreditation application updates
VEU Registry account holders can complete and submit new, renewal and/or variation accreditation applications for activity 48 – Ceiling insulation as shown in the image below:
We have also increased the character limit in accreditation application text fields that require more information from 250 to 1000 characters.
Double‑glazed window activity product search improvement
The Product Brand and Product Model fields on the activity creation form have been updated to a searchandselect format, allowing users to enter keywords and quickly locate the correct products for double-glazed window activity, as shown in the image below:
