'I love design and renovating. Personal touches are integral to making a beautiful home, and sit well against bought pieces. One of my children made a special artwork at kindergarten; I’ve had it framed, and it takes pride of place in our living room.

In November 2018, we attended a national roundtable on family violence to hear from survivors (including 2015 Australian of the Year Rosie Batty) and help us incorporate new research findings into our work program.
In September 2018, industry association VicWater hosted its 2018 conference ‘Robust Strategies for a Volatile World’. We attended the conference to understand how the water industry was meeting customer and broader stakeholder needs.
This year, our work has been dominated by two themes: implementing regulation that puts customers at the centre of what we do, and developing our approach to stakeholder engagement and better regulatory practice.
This workshop brought together more than 100 people from retail energy, the community sector, family violence specialist services, government, and a range of service industries working to provide family violence provisions in their sector.
