Liquidator appointed for Victorian Energy Upgrades accredited business, Glower

The Essential Services Commission suspended the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) accreditation of Glower Pty Ltd on 9 April 2026.
This action follows advice that Glower has entered external administration and is no longer operating. As a result, Glower is not permitted to undertake any activities under the VEU program.

Customers who have engaged or were in the process of engaging Glower for VEU program activities should contact the appointed liquidators at vic.creditorinfo@williambuck.com.   

The commission is monitoring the situation and may take further action.
