Liquidator appointed for Victorian Energy Upgrades accredited business, Cyanergy
17 June 2026
The Essential Services Commission has cancelled the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) accreditation of Cyanergy.
Cyanergy has not been permitted to undertake any activities under the VEU program since 19 Marcy 2026, when the commission suspended its accreditation subject to further investigation.
This action follows advice that Cyanergy has entered external administration and is no longer operating.
Customers who have engaged or were in the process of engaging Cyanergy for VEU program activities should contact the appointed liquidator at cyanergy@mackaygoodwin.com.au.
Please note: this update was first published on 20 March 2026 when the commission suspended Cyanergy’s accreditation. This was updated on 17 June 2026 to reflect that Cyanergy’s VEU accreditation has now been cancelled.
