The commission removes retailer performance appendices and retailer profiles from its website

We regularly report on the performance of Victorian energy businesses, such as retailers, in our Victorian Energy Market Report and updates. These reports are based on data and metrics that all retailers are required to provide to us accurately and by certain deadlines.

We have been recently advised by AGL of potential inaccuracies in their submitted performance data to us. AGL's reporting and data inaccuracies could significantly affect industry-wide data on retail performance. Because of this, we have temporarily removed our Victorian Energy Market Report appendices on retailer performance data and retailer profiles from our website.

We are currently considering the potential reporting inaccuracies raised by AGL.
