The ESC has established a panel of expert consultants to provide legal advice. The current legal services panel arrangement is due to expire on 30 November 2009. Tenders are invited from legal service providers with appropriate expertise and ability to be placed on the legal services panel for a period of 3 years with 2, one-year options. Tenders must be formed in accordance with the tender documentation, and must be lodged in accordance with the instructions in that documentation, no later than 2pm on Thursday 23 July 2009.
