On 16 December 2010, the Commission released the 2009-10 Retail Energy Performance Report, which tracks pricing information and customer service indicators for Victoria's electricity and gas retailers.


Water Performance Report

An annual snapshot of Victoria's urban water sector is provided in the Commission's Water Performance Report for 2009-10,  which was released on 14 December 2010.


New Customer Contributions Guideline for Water

The Commission in December 2010 released a draft guideline for New Customer Contributions (also known as developer charges) in the water industry.
