The Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) scheme is a Victorian Government initiative promoted to the public as Energy Saver Incentive. VEECs can only be created, transferred and/or surrendered by entities holding a VEET account. To apply for an account, complete and submit the below application for VEET account form to the Commission via email (veet@esc.vic.gov.au). New users can be added to VEET account by submitting the below application to add new users to VEET account form. Persons seeking to create certificates under the VEET scheme must apply for accreditation under the scheme. To apply, complete and submit the accreditation application form below (together with requested supplementary information) to the Commission via email (veet@esc.vic.gov.au).
