Review of The Victorian Rail Access Regime 2009

In June 2009, the Victorian Minister for Finance directed the Essential Services Commission to undertake an independent review of the Victorian Rail Access Regime (VRAR).

The inquiry examined the effectiveness of the VRAR and whether a Victorian rail access regime was still required, given the likely future structure of the industry.
