The Commission may, on request from the responsible Minister, conduct reviews of the average premiums or charges proposed by the Transport Accident Commission or Victorian WorkCover Authority.
In addition, the Commission may be requested by the Minister for Finance to conduct other reviews relating to statutory insurance. The Commission has reviewed and reported on the Victorian Domestic Building Insurance scheme.
