Electricity Retail Licence Application - Pacific Hydro Retail Pty Ltd

The Commission may grant or refuse to grant a licence for any reason it considers appropriate having regard to the Commission’s objectives under the EI Act and the Essential Services Commission Act 2001 and the financial viability and technical capacity of the applicant.

Submissions must be relevant to matters with which the Commission must be satisfied regarding this application and the Commission’s objectives under both Acts.
